Are you actually local to Washington, DC?
Yes. Init One Solutions is based in the Washington, DC area. We deliver remote-first because it is faster and better documented, but for DC clients we meet in person for kickoffs, working sessions, and stakeholder briefings whenever it helps. This is our home market, not a territory on a map.
Have you built software for businesses operating in the DC metro?
Yes. We built a multi-service home maintenance platform for KleanCierge, a home-services company serving the Washington, DC metro, unifying cleaning, repairs, lawn care, and pest control under a single booking and dispatch system. The engagement reflects how we work: one operational platform replacing a patchwork of tools.
Can you support a DC organization that works with the federal government?
That describes much of our home market. We build internal platforms, proposal and program tooling, and client-facing systems for government-facing organizations, with the security documentation, access discipline, and accessibility compliance that federal proximity demands.
